Hi, I'm Michael Harshman!

I’m your neighbor, a licensed realtor and an attorney. 

I’ve lived in The Lake Club for 15 years with my current and best wife, Ruth. We bought our home on Foremast in 2010. Having roots in Florida going back to the 1960’s, believe me when I say that we looked everywhere for a community to call home. Thankfully, we found TLC and wouldn’t live anywhere else. When the developers, SMR, began The Lake Club, they intended for it to be the jewel in the crown of Lakewood Ranch. They succeeded! There is nothing like it and I’d venture to say that never again will a community be built like TLC.

In addition to being a realtor, I am a lawyer, licensed in Florida, Ohio (The Ohio State University), Pennsylvania, and Texas (Hook’em Horns).

Throughout my career I have contributed in many ways to my communities be it in Ohio or Florida. Currently, I volunteer at the Women’s Resource Center of Sarasota providing legal counsel to those in need. I am also a board member of the Legal Aid of Manasota. I hope to help you find the perfect home in the best community.
