I live in The Lake Club and know the market here very well. My associate, Mike Harshman, is also a long term resident.
I am a licensed broker in the state of Florida and a member of the Realtor Association of Sarasota and Manatee. My specialty is luxury homes in Lakewood Ranch, with a special focus on The Lake Club. I am a very experienced, full service broker, so don't let the low commission fool you! I am NOT a discount broker.
My commission structure for selling properties is 1% for homes selling for more than $2M. On the buy-side, my commission is negotiable depending upon the services desired and depending upon whether or not the sell-side is offering a buy-side commission. I typically rebate half of the commission offered by the sell-side to my buy-side clients.
On average, I save most of my clients more than $50,000 in fees!
